Honestly, we do use group classes at Sanctify Fitness. That class atmosphere is AWESOME for providing energy, motivation, and fun to your workout experience.
But left by themselves, the classes won't do much for you the rest of the time when you're not there.
Now, if you're ok with continuing to be bored with your current bootcamp or exercise class, if you're good with trying a new one every 6 weeks, and if not progressing closer to your ultimate fitness goal is fine by you, don't take any action on this page.
